under rated guitarist, hilarious interview and great song writer.

I remember him doing an on air interview while I was stationed in California and a caller asked how to become a great guitarist like Joe. Joe said "Get an electric guitar, try desperately to sound like Eric Clapton and fail horribly. That's how I did it"

But he was a great player just sounding like Joe.
