Some have wanted this story gone since May 5th '70. The school administrators have tried to sweep it into a dust bin of history all along.

Some friends of mine picked up a hitchhiker out of Cleveland that week and gave him a ride to Kent. Patty and Denice were lost but knew they could find their way home from there. It was Jeffrey Miller, the student on the ground in the ionic photo.
