I saw these guys once in the late 90's and it was the best concert I ever saw. Just a spectacle of sights and sounds. Other than "Been Caught Stealing", you don't hear them much anymore. But they are no mere one-hit wonder band.

Nothing’s Shocking is one of the best albums of the 1980’s, hands down.
Everyone goes on and on about how Nirvana was the most influential band of the era, how they were the ones who changed rock…
I say bullshit on that! It was Jane’s.

ETA: This is my fav off that album:

It was Spring of 1989, and the weather was just right for a loud topless cruise. We were both blown away. We knew she was cool, but not this cool. We ripped through the entire thing before going home, and the next day I went to the store to pick it up, and learned it was NOT their first album. So I got that too.

Saw them three times, and that's the record for seeing the same act over again. (Tied with the Stones, AC/DC, and the Beastie Boys).

Why don't you sing ME something?
