How do you do that?

On edit: so is mine. How'd I do that? And why do I still need to use HTML for formatting?

Xemasab's poll on DU2 says there are a lot more socialists around. Maybe we could get some more traffic in here.

and broke it down by types of socialism. There is a lot of variety - including quite a few folks who'd like to see the type of mixed economies the Scandinavian countries have developed. I hope when this group goes live it will have reading submissions so folks can learn some of the theory. We've been inundated with so much anti-red propaganda in this country that just being able to define "socialist" accurately is a challenge for many Americans.

This actually could be fun. Although I will miss agitating and advocating for Marxist positions on the more general boards.

maybe the both of us are. LOL

I had Red Rosa as my atavar on d2, but can't locate her in 3. I miss her! Not that she was exactly a Leninist, but she was a good friend to them and a helluva fighter.

but none I wish to name from this long distance in time. Family, age, health, time, and other stuff intervened. What a long strange trip it's been. But exceedingly gratifying.

The fire is gone now, but not the sentiment. I'm quite isolated and DU has become my little eye on the world - there are many good people here and I get news. And occasionally meet a kindred spirit, but not often a Leninist. People have no notion how he dissected imperialism, and how much of what he wrote is still relevant and useful.

I think I'm going to dust off my Collected Works and reread a bit, now.
