Hubs and I just decided to adopt another fur kid. We want to save another life and our big girl (120 lb Lab) would ❤ to have a buddy. What's a little more hair to sweep/vacuum?

Do vets give multi-pet discounts?

He's a Great Pyrenees , a "Mountain Sheep Dog" (He guards 'em, he doesn't herd 'em. Too lazy.) I understand that there was an attempt in Tennessee to start sheep-ranching, but it didn't work out that well..At least not for Wilbur. His boon companion and Personal Assistant is a smallish Black Lab/Whatever Mix. We call her Miss New Jersey, because that's where she's from..
Rescue dogs are wonderful. They know.

Snowy was rescued out of a high kill shelter in Marietta, GA by a South Carolina group dedicated to rescuing German Shepherds.
Apparently, someone got them to come down because she "might be a white GS". Nope. She's most probably a mix of Golden Retriever
and American Eskimo. I "found" Snowy on petfinder and we met at a rest stop in North Carolina to formalize her adoption.

Yes. She's been a wonderful companion for the last 7 years. Here she is enjoying a walkabout on our dead end lane during the last major ice/snow storm we had in January.
