(72,300 posts)Last year they successfully hatched two eggs. We watched until babies flew off the last time. Somewhere along the way a huge bit of bird poo wound up on the nest cam. It became difficult to clearly see what was happening.
Perhaps that's why this year we have a choice of watching on two different nest cams.
I love seeing what's going on after dark by using the cam set up with night vision. I've heard owls hooting in the background.
