(14,881 posts)I headed out to take care of the horses. It was still below zero, still bright sunshine ahead of the blizzard, with just a little hazy cloudiness in the south-southwestern sky.
And for the first time I could hear the first bird I always hear in the spring, loud and clear!
Anyway, even though we're still in hard winter, the first blizzard headed out to sea and although we've got some wind, we only got a couple inches of snow. thank freakin' dawg!
