I can't believe what they've done to NC. I just learned, too, that the Town of Chapel Hill--where I live--
one of the bastions of liberalism--has outsourced maintenance of street lights to Duke Energy. I'm sure
the guys doing that work aren't getting paid what the Town paid its employees for the same service.
