I love broccoli and spinach, but the dressings are always where the calories come into play!

Broccoli, cawliflower, cabbage and carrots all cut into matchsticks. I just fill a bowl with it and munch away handful after handful. No dressing. It is zippy and tasty. But I need more grains too at the same time so I'm eating oatmeal that increases your metabolism.

I have been a vegetarian for 15 years now. And my weight is less than when I was in high school, and I am 3 dress sizes smaller. I am 74 years old and I think eliminating meat has helped me get to this age, and I hope to live at least 20 more years.
