(118,927 posts)5. I think I made a mistake with the dressing. I should have gotten cream. Endive is a really strong
flavour and needs something to calm it down not wake it up. But it's pretty good.

garlic, ginger, cardamom, cumin, red pepper, diced tomatoes, red wine, cashews, spinach, and cabbage. No injera in the house, so I substituted a tortilla.
