Ironically, I get them when I occasionally run IE instead. I think it's because I've got a development environment installed, and there's a script debugger that wants to break in. Maybe you have an extension like that installed?

it's a Facebook problem in my case. I just close that tab and it goes away. That's the only site that does it, and it's frequent.
