5 Signs That You Have Seen Too Many TED Talks

1. You expect people to start every conversation with a rehearsed joke.

2. You look to see how much time is left on a red clock ticking down near their feet.

3. You look to the left of people expecting to see thumbnails of more TED Talks on related subjects.

4. When friends finish a personal anecdote you expect them to click to the next slide which will of course, show the take-aways from their story in bullet point format.

5. Whenever someone says something really tight and true, you expect them to say "thank you," bow, wave and exit.
