Any Deaf people around?

I have a potentially stupid question.

As a hearing person, I "hear" my thoughts in my head, or at least I think I do.

For Deaf people, are your thoughts "heard," or are they "seen," or is there some other way of thinking that hasn't occurred to me?

Thanks.

as I'm HoH and not deaf, also most of my hearing-loss occurred in adulthood as a result of Meniere's disease (I was born deaf and had corrective surgery that restored about 80% of my hearing in one ear (the ear I'm losing my hearing in now) and 50% in the other)...but...

it's exactly the same for me as it is for you regarding hearing thoughts. It would probably be different in someone who grew up signing and deaf.
