Funny story, back in the day when I ran around with guys like this, one of them left his Christmas tree up until summer and finally decided to take it down. Got it out on the patio and got this bright idea to burn it. Barely got a match to it and it burst into flames and caught his market umbrella on fire too. Freaked him out so bad he had to go in the house and smoke another bong load just to calm down.

just went shopping for new Christmas lights. Replaced all the old ones with new LED ones. However, we didn't hang them yet.

their tree and lights up the first week in November. She said that the whole family was coming for an early Christmas celebration. Most of them were coming from out of town. It was easier and cheaper for everyone to do then.

They can only make you if you let them. At least they're not egging your house, dumping nails all over the neighborhood, or hiring people to pour gasoline all over your car, like the kook they had on "Good Morning America" this morning.

It was July 1977 and I drove up to his apartment complex, looking for what he said would make his unit stand out: Christmas lights strung on his patio. He'd put them up "last year or was it the year before, I forget" and said they cheered him up.

Whereas mine went up the first week in December every year and were taken down January 1st in the best OCD fashion.

Yet somehow we've made it work for nearly 35 years.
