Whew! Long day today - MRI at 11:45
So I can’t eat or drink anything or smoke (I know I know) or even chew gum 6 hours prior. Nothing.
Woke at 5:00 for coffee, smoke, and have a banana until 5:45.
Probably kick back until 6:45. Maybe get a little sleep.
Taking the dog to daycare. My wife is going into the office today.
Work until 11ish and go to the appointment
MRI could take 30-60 minutes. It’s a regular check annual check on internal organs.
Eat!
We’ll see how I feel about ripping off the patch I’m putting on for the smoking.
Back to work.
Picking up doggie and going home to EAT!

I have an appointment for an MRI this afternoon, right hip probably wearing out.
My day is not as involved and I can eat before.
