Picture (circa apx. 2009). Michelle and Barack Obama with members of the Grateful Dead.

From the left, people I can identify:

#1 Phil Lesh (bass guitar)
#2 Grahame Lesh (I think) (Phil's son and guitar for Dead related bands)
#4 Mickey Hart (next to Michelle) (drums)
#7 Bill Kreutzmann (drums)
#8 Bobby Weir (guitar)
#9 Warren Haynes (guitar for dead related bands)
#10 Jeff Chimenti (keys for Dead related bands)

Michelle is wearing the famous Jason Wu gown she wore to the inaugural ball.

The Grateful Dead were invited to perform at the Mid-Atlantic Inaugural Ball.

I'm about 90% sure that's who it is. I thought it was Joe Russo too at first glance.

Edit: That might be Brian Lesh (Phil's other son) instead of Grahame.
