They have a gourmet salad and sides bar with over 30 items including fresh cut vegetables, imported cheeses, cured meats and Brazilian side dishes. Then you flip over your card green side up, signaling that you are ready for the gaucho chefs to bring 15 different cuts of meat to your table. When you're finished you flip the card red side up and they'll stop until you flip it over again. These are they offerings
