And you too, dear.

Edited to correct a hasty, speech-to-text post.

Before I was struck down with the cancer, I used to purchase various gifts from the Habibtat for Humanity to give to family. I still have the raincoat I bought for myself and my siblings many years ago.
I see they have some new selections.

I wanted to work on houses for them. But, they require you to work in the retail store first. I did my time in retail and restaurant service for 10 years. I’m not doing that anymore. I just wanted to paint houses. Their loss.

This is purely subjective, but I LOVE the colors! I say "subjective," because the sky and the grass are my personal favorite colors, but the other colors he chose to use all harmonize with them (and each other) perfectly. It's a very peaceful scene, as some have said, and very soothing to look at. Nice work, Jimmy! 😊

Thanks for posting.
I did not know.
Looked it up.
I saw he has handcrafted woodwork and many more paintings and poems.

He's about as close to perfect as a human being can get.
Very uplifting to see this.

It was so sweet and gentle. A fairly small book and I don't know what happened to it. They were letters sent to him when he was still in the White House.

It's a beautiful drive, isn't it?

My mother and her second husband camped at almost every campground on and near the Parkway. Hubby & I live on the coast of Virginia but we much prefer the mountains.

Since the 1970s Jimmy Carter has been an example of what a U.S. president should be—before, during, and after.

A man of steady character, not a hint of scandal. Like Obama.

1984. (in 1979), Carter saved thousands of lives a year. If you don't believe, look at this chart at this link:

Vehicle fatality rate per year in United States. Conclusion: Carter cared so much about people in the United States, that he actually saved people's lives by ordering seat belts in cars in 79. (and future lives too)

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Motor_vehicle_fatality_rate_in_U.S._by_year

So, do you know anyone who was saved by a seat belt that they were wearing?...About the time that Carter ordered this,
states began to order people to wear them when they are driving. All people front and back...

..............And guess what? ...People put them on because we know that they save lives...RESULT..........

..............Please look at the chart and you will see how great Jimmie Carter is.

Proud donor to his charity for years, not a lot but what I can afford. Jimmy Carter is everything that a good person should be or aspire to be. This is a man, President Carter, that lives his faith.
