(16,973 posts)I think it was 2000 before we finally got DSL out here. We signed up as soon as it was available. Now even that sounds quaint and antiquated.
I can't even remember when we switched to wifi, maybe because it wasn't nearly as dramatic a change as going to DSL was. Before DSL, we couldn't go online without tying up the phone line. How I DON'T miss those days!
