The Keeper of the Flame of REAL country music.

Damn shame that phony-ass Garth was made a member of the CMHOF before Marty.

Go see Marty next time he and the Fabulous Superlatives are in your area. You will not be disappointed.

of at least two of Clarence White's famous guitars - the Parsons/White modified Fender "b-bender" electric and that beat up, 1935 Martin D28 which was subsequently owned and played by Tony Rice.

Stuart has paid his dues, got the chops and deserves a lot of credit for his work whether one likes his music or not.

Edit: that looks like the b-bender he's holding in the Post #19 photo.

It doesn't happen nearly often enough, but every once in a while a great country-western song comes along. Marty wrote this one, and sings it in a duet with Travis Tritt.

The Parsons/White B-Bender. It was still a work in progress when Clarence died.

There's a boatload of shit going on inside that ax

Gene Parsons cleaned it up a ton and perfected it to a great degree, and still markets them today.
