(269,254 posts)but he's in my top three. I think the best person is the show's producer, Mike Richards. Anderson was also very good.

(28,863 posts)Mr Lake is from Green Bay. His family think Rodgers would quit FB immediately if he gets the Jeopardy gig.

(269,254 posts)but hey Matt is a Brainiac - damn he's good and so unassuming.
Will be a seven day winner shortly and could be close to $250,000.

Burton is not my favorite just because he's seems too stumbly.
And I actually don't think of female voice fits the show. Except I did think that Robin Roberts was the only one whose voice seemed to fit.

(63,926 posts)They ask about his course work and never mention the school, just that he's "from New Haven, Connecticut." It's highly selective and hard to get into. Joe Scarborough got a "no" from Yale Law School and he's never gotten over it.

(63,926 posts)He seems to have a kind of us vs. them kind of thing. I sense that it eats at him. He puts on this dumb act of being just someone who went to a state school. But he has this enlarged ego that I am sure it eats at him a little.

(269,254 posts)Didn't know he was rejected by Yale.

(63,926 posts)It's a rejection of him as this larger than life hero who walks among us...

(269,254 posts)Hope they pick him - he'd be good for another 20 years

(63,926 posts)He was good in that he had Alex's style which he must have gained during those years with Alex doing the show night after night. He's fine, and in our comfort zone. The question is: do we even WANT that? I guess I could argue both sides of that question but then I ask myself: why do I even CARE?
Same one - he's been around Game Shows for ages

(42,770 posts)I've never seen a contestant that knew everything from obscure pop culture TV shows to obscure Kings of England.. the whole thing may kind of be a scam. Say you're a PhD student and say you live in New Haven and boom everyone thinks Yale. It would be interesting to know exactly what school he is going to.
