Too many are like this dog. There's one that roams free a few blocks from my house. I had to change my walk route to avoid it. One day, a guy stopped his truck to make sure I was safe from the beast.

But also not.
There may be someone out there willing and able to invest the time and money to train this pup. If not, things dont always end well for problem dogs. Yes, I use the term advisedly. With the proper training almost any dog can stop being a problem dog. But thst kibd of person may be gets to find.
