Queen's granddaughter Zara Tindall gives birth to third child on bathroom floor

(Zara and Mike are my favorite couple, when it comes to Royal offspring. No titles except for those that go along with being married.)

The Queen's granddaughter Zara Tindall has given birth to her third child.

Zara, who is married to former England rugby star Mike Tindall, has welcomed their third child, a son, named Lucas Philip Tindall.

Lucas was born on 21 March weighing 8lbs 4oz, a spokesman for the couple confirmed.

Philip is likely to be a nod to the Duke of Edinburgh, Prince Philip, who is Zara's grandfather. It's also Mike Tindall's father's name.

He (Mike) said: "Arrived very quickly, didn't make it to hospital. On the bathroom floor.

"Fortunately, Zara's friend's Dolly, she is more important than I am, she's been at every one of my children's births. She was there and recognised that we wouldn't have got to hospital in time.

"So it was run into the gym, get a mat, get into the bathroom, get the mat on the floor, brace, brace, brace."

He said their midwife was able to travel to their home instead of the hospital, and arrived in time.

1. Zara is Princess Anne's daughter

2. And Princess Anne decided her children would not receive titles.

She and her brother are still 'in line' for the throne, but 20 some places back.

I think the rest of the grand and great grands have at least a 'Lord' or 'Lady' before their names. There's so many of them - 10 great grandchildren, now.

3. Only three of the Queen's great grandchildren have titles

This new baby is her tenth great grandchild.

4. Zara and Peter are the only grandchildren without titles

Prince Andrew's daughters are titled Princess and Prince Edward's children are Lady Louise Windsor and James Viscount Severn.

Zara seems to be very grounded. Her husband is quite a character.

5. Their father turned down a title when he married Princess Anne, and I think I remember Princess Anne

doing the same for her children when the offer was made.

I think Princess Anne raised her kids to be grounded; she works very hard and lives in a regular London apartment rather than in one in Kensington Palace.

I wonder if Zara and Peter are a little bit their Granny's favorites...they were her first.

6. They say the Queen's niece, Lady Sarah Chatto, is high on the Queen's favorite list

Sarah is another royal who pretty much stayed out of the spotlight. She's Prince Harry's godmother, and she's an artist. I think she's something like 25th in the line for the throne.
