Bought one that also alarms at Carbon Monoxide.
The Lithium battery is non replaceable.

(103,785 posts)4. That chirp terrifies my dog for some reason and I have six in the house w vaulted ceilings
so, it is always a challenge to figure out which one is chirping. And, they don't all go bad at the same time--sometimes a year or more difference between them.
