DA Alvin Bragg has filed a lawsuit against Jim Jordan and others involved in the unlawful effort to perform so-called oversight related to Bragg’s investigation of Donald Trump. Bragg’s lawsuit calls out Jordan’s actions as a total overreach of Congressional power in an attempt to win political points, and Harry explains why he thinks this is a strong case.

1. No doubt it is political as hell

But at the same time the investigative powers of Congress are generally deep and broad. And have to wonder if the courts (federal courts anyway) are going to buy into the 'separation of powers', 'states rights', 'mind your own business' line of thinking. We'll see what the courts want to do with this - but my suspicion is, probably nothing.
