SOS said turnout was similar to Obama turnout. KS typically has 30% primary turnout. This may be 50-65%.

Given all the interest in the ballot initiative.
But now he's estimating around 50 percent of registered voters voted in the primary election.

Showed the ballot initiative to be high 40s yes, low 40s no.
