1. Interesting and heavyweight perspective in that interview

The country is in a stronger mindset now than they were last winter. The talking head prosecutors kept the ball alive on TV these many months. I feel like the tide is turning, the MAGA mood is waning perhaps from the plethora of prosecutions, the pandemic though resurgent has a manageable end game in sight, the Congress is doing its job re the investigation as well as the business of the country, and the GQP looks a bit deflated and at times truly absurd. We hear the word "insurrection" these several weeks, hindsight yielding more clarity now because the actions are so obvious, so numerous, so aligned to the same goal that they cannot be ignored. The radical right is bloodied and incredulous, and I suspect that accountability will seem light when it comes, but it will likely get the job done.
