Well done. And I'm glad they didn't include their usual request for donations at the end. femmedem Jun 2021 #2

When I get emails that point out an injustice that needs to be addressed. A petition that needs to be signed. A request to call your Congress members IMHO the desire to act is quickly extinguished when I see the pitch to make a donation.

My wife and I are both retired and live on fixed incomes yet we donate to local and national causes BUT there is only so much we can afford.

Often I see a direct correlation between donating to one needy cause as a precursor to requests for more and more donations from groups I have never heard of.

We receive dozens of these new emails in my InBox. I have no doubt that some are true needs yet others are just send us money.

There is no easy way to stop the inflow of emails. I continue to unsubscribe and filter out as many as I can. But they just keep coming.

The frustration of daily repeat emails DOES NOT help their cause.
