A quick Google search led me to an article in the Washington Examiner about that being the case in Milwaukee. Apparently the source for these "astute" observations are some anonymous internet sleuths that some people in the Trump Campaign happened upon and passed on to the "news" agencies.

The entire idea is idiotic in how it is being applied - as so ably explained by Matt Parker in this video. Maths gone wrong, indeed.

and they will because they all "Know for a fact" that the Democratic machine always cheats in Chicago, never mind it was mostly dismantled when Daley went out of office.

Fortunately, Biden hires competent lawyers, so it shouldn't be much of a problem.
