It raises a lot of concerns about the lack of privacy in modern society, and how it's not government but commercial organizations who acquire and manage our personal details to influence our buying patterns, and how they have encouraged consumers to willingly contribute to the emerging surveillance state.

I had believed Bezos was just some Seattle used bookseller, but this program revealed a lot more about the background of Amazon's origins. Highly recommended viewing.
