(42,862 posts)This particular YouTube channel has dozens of speed-corrected videos of films from 100+ years ago. The sound effects are very well done and help to immerse the viewer into what it may have been like. I viewed these in fullscreen mode so that none of the smaller details escaped my attention.
If time travel were possible, this is one of the periods (both US and Europe) that I'd want to explore. But, these old films will have to do.
