one of those is going to probably be over trying to cover up his Russians contacts on the papers to get his security clearance.
The real unknown is how much did Donald himself know and approve of and what deal he made with Russians and if he tried to make any deal to provide them special favors such as reducing sanctions or not enacting them (which he did do) then he could be charged with violating the Logan Act.
