6. Could be Kellyanne. I remember one show during the campaign where Mika really ratted her out.

Mika said Kellyanne was no longer welcome to be on 'Morning Joe' because of all the lies she tells.
Mika said, "As long as I am on this show, Kellyanne will never be on this set again." (and she hasn't been)

Mika then went on to say that during their commercial breaks, Kellyanne said it was just a job to make some money, and after sticking up for and singing trump's praises on air, off air she started making gagging noises and said, "Jesus, I feel like I need a shower".

So yeah, Mika outed her for what a phony she is. I couldn't believe it. Good for her.
