Predictit is a betting market which is legal in the US because it is a research site created by scholars in New Zealand. I have read that such sites are more accurate than polls. The CIA has considered using them to improve its predictions.

would be uncovered that would truly warrant impeachment the Repugnants would be unlikely to do it.
Oh, they would pretend to do it and they would pretend to hold a vote about it but they would make backroom plans that just enough of their people Congress would not vote in favor of impeachment.
