When the government spies on its citizens

When it comes to leaks of classified information, it's still not clear where lines are drawn and what information is classified. Several provisions within the Patriot Act, passed after the attacks of 9/11, gave the government unlimited power to spy on whoever they want.

But there was a case where a couple of lawyers with an Islamic Foundation were spied on and found out about it because the government accidentally sent information to them.

Josh Gerstein a White House reporter has been covering the case and he joins RT's Kristine Frazao with the details.
