Appears he admitted he was a gang member, so my feelings on this depend on if this is true or not, if he is infact involved in gang activity and has a record he's the type that makes it that much harder for hard working, honest immigrants and it's a bit difficult for me to find any sympathy for him.

If he isn't a threat to anyone and has no criminal record then he shouldn't be targeted.
