There is going to be a race taking place between Republicans trying to prevent minorities, elderly, and 18 -25 year olds from voting and Democrats who believe the right to vote is important. The race is taking place in the courts – in an effort to enforce the guidelines laid out in the 1965 Voting Rights Act.
