(6,699 posts)And the media emphasize the "socialist" everytime they mention his name, which isn't that often...but EVERYTIME they mention he's the "socialist", so you should be crapping your pants in fear.

(7,300 posts)The DLC is finally waking up to what's been happening for the last year. This is a Revolution. It's just started. It will last for years. Their reactions are a clear message that we're doing something right.
It's not a sprint, it's a marathon.

(2,065 posts)Bernie is to the cause of American democracy. Both are powerfully transformative figures because they stand by their convictions, and they can't be bought. If the solemn prayer that Abraham Lincoln enshrined in his Gettysburg Address bears fruit, and our "government of the people, by the people and for the people" does not perish from the face of the earth, Bernie will be revered as the savior of our democracy in its darkest hour.

(3,333 posts)That fellow sure is shrill.
I am leery of those who tackle complex issues in such a hyperpartisan manner - who have no self-awareness that they don't own the truth.
The man is not an editorialist, he's a propagandist.
Nevertheless, good for Sanders to not pal around with lobbyists.

(6,699 posts)I know that's the last thing on his mind right now, but I'm thinking if it boils down to Hillary or drumpf, with so much hatred against both of them, that Bernie has more positives and may just beat the both of them badly.
I haven't seen any polls with Bernie running against both Hillary and drumpf.

Which is a lie, of course. They obstruct him because he has a skin color problem.

He is the only candidate with any notion of breaking the 'Big Money' connection.
