Chukyo finally defeated Sotoku 3-0 in the 50th Sunday morning, but look at those pitching lines. Both starting pitchers played the entire game. Taiga Matsui hurled 709 pitches for Chukyo, and Sotoku's Jukiya Ishioka threw 689 pitches. Even over the course of four days, holy shit.

Never thought a game could ever go that long...those pitchers will be scouted.

But this was a "rubber ball" baseball tournament, not the more famous and popular "Koko Yakyuu" hard baseball high school tournament-- kind of like a junior varsity game as opposed to a varsity game. So the two pitchers might attract the attention of professional baseball scouts, but it's not a certainty, even given the two pitchers' remarkable performances.

And both starting pitchers played the whole game!
