Pakistanis tired of American attacks

President Obama is set to meet with Pakistan's prime-minister today. As tension fly high between the two countries, Pakistan is growing frustrated over the US using drones in the country. The CIA's drone program aims to target al-Qaeda members in Pakistan, but in many cases resulted in civilian deaths. In hopes of saving the program the US has tried to negotiate with Pakistan offering to give notice before drone strikes, and limit where they will target. But Pakistan has flat-out rejected the proposal. Scott Horton of the Harper's Magazine joins RT's Liz Wahl for more.
