... “new developments” in the Clinton email scandal have reached the level of .. farce as .. Comey lacks the warrants to view the emails .. he mentioned in his letter to Congress.

... The FBI Director has no idea what is in these emails, or whether or not the emails are duplicates of previously reviewed material.

James Comey upended a presidential election, because of emails that he hadn’t reviewed. With each new detail, Comey’s actions are looking more reckless and irresponsible.

The only thing left is for Comey to hold a press conference to walk back the letter itself ...

... Four top Democrats sent Comey and Attorney General Loretta Lynch a letter demanding details on the emails that the FBI is investigating by Monday ...

Senate Democrats aren’t fooling around. They want answers, and they want them right now. As more details become known, FBI Director Comey’s motives have come under criticism. Comey was advised by Attorney General Lynch not to send his letter until after the election, but he sent it anyway.

Comey worried to FBI employees that his letter would be misunderstood, but he could have easily avoided any misunderstanding by either being specific in his letter or not sending the letter at all ...

2. Comey CAN fix his mess quite easily. 'm sure he can get a warrant to review the info, if he hasn't

already, very quickly. He, as Director of the FBI, could command enough of his employees to put all else on hold and concentrate on email review until all the emails are reviewed. He has enough employees to get that done in 72 hrs. or less. I strongly suggest he DO IT NOW!
