I wish more people realized the utter seriousness of those kinds of "trade" deals which are actually designed to do away with meaningful national sovereignty. Obama's working feverishly to get those deals ready to be signed, sealed, and delivered by the next President of the United States. When people wake up sometime in the future to find that their government cannot regulate corporations to any degree whatsoever, they are going to wonder what happened. Hate to sound cavalier but ... you snooze, you lose.

growing, building, producing, servicing, selling - everything local.

but no international trade agreements that give all of the power to the corporations and make poor people poorer. fuck that shit.
