Jameis Winston accuser sues FSU

The woman who accused Jameis Winston of sexual assault has filed a lawsuit against the Florida State University Board of Trustees claiming the school violated two federal Title IX laws.

In a 35-page complaint dated today, the woman, under the name Jane Doe, claims the university deliberately did not investigate the sexual assault and was "indifferent" to the hostile environment the lingering case created for her.

Winston, who announced today he won't return to FSU and will enter the NFL draft, is not named in the suit. Winston was found not responsible of four violations of the university's Student Conduct Code in December related to the case. State Attorney Willie Meggs chose not to pursue charges against Winston in December 2013.

4. Not really the facts

I hate FSU and can't stand Winston but the teams were told before the game the losing team needs to leave the field as soon as the game ends to allow TV coverage of the trophy ceremony. If you watched the Sugar Bowl, Alabama did the same thing.

That said, I hope the rape victim ends up owning their football stadium.
