Bill Cosby's Valentine's Day show in Reno on hold

Comedian Bill Cosby's upcoming performance in Reno is on indefinite hold, the Silver Legacy Resort Casino reported Friday.

Cosby, a regular performer in Reno, had been scheduled to appear 8 p.m. Feb. 14, Valentine's Day night, in the Silver Legacy's Grande Exposition Hall.

On Friday, Cosby's representatives notified the Silver Legacy that his show was being postponed, the Silver Legacy said. No reason was given or new date given.

Purchasers can get ticket refunds where they bought the tickets for the Reno show, the Silver Legacy said.

It seems that his career is over, although he's certainly got a huge nest egg so that he won't get too uncomfortable and to fund efforts to keep himself out of jail.

The question is why put this particular show on hold when he seems to be doing all the others. Maybe there is more to the story.
