Trump Hush-Money Payment Revealed in Bank Records

Source: Bloomberg

The first document identifies the various accounts where Cohen was listed as the primary account holder: checking accounts, a home equity line of credit, or HELOC, and a couple of homes. The HELOC is noteworthy because that’s what Cohen has said he used to fund Essential Consultants.

Trump “directed me to use my own personal funds from a home equity line of credit,” Cohen testified before Congress in 2019, “to avoid any money being traced back to him that could negatively impact his campaign.”

The second document is the signature card agreement authorizing First Republic to open an account for Essential Consultants, where Cohen is listed as the only signatory. It’s dated Oct. 26, 2016, one day before the $130,000 hush money payment was wired to Daniels.

The third and fourth documents are the certificates of formation acknowledging that Essential Consultants was set up as an LLC in Delaware. It’s dated Oct. 17, 2016, 10 days before Daniels was paid, and was signed by Cohen.

That all too inconvenient paper trail. Cross examine these documents, Mr. Todd Blanche, because, well, these "documents" are "lying" just like Michael Cohen is "lying." Who is there among us who hasn't taken out a "personal home equity line of credit for a $100,000+" so we could give those monies to Donald J. Turd? How about you, Mr. Blanche? Say, Todd, what are you going to do about Michael Cohen's Congressional testimony? I guess "everyone" incurs the expense and forms private, out of state, "Limited Liability Corporations" in "Delaware" before they wire transfer monies through that Delaware "LLC" to a sex film industry "porn star" whom they never met, never knew nor ever had sexual relations or any kind of relation with them, huh, Todd? Yep, I guess that's going "rogue," huh, Todd? Yeah, a New York barred lawyer just did this all on his own inititative, huh, Todd? Say, Todd, if Michael Cohen went "rogue," why did the the Turd "pay him back" and what was this "bonus" all about and why did the Turd pay for Cohen's taxes on this little illicit transaction?
