Source: Pittsburgh Post-Gazette
While votes were still being counted late Tuesday night, initial returns showed all three Democrats enjoying commanding leads that would be almost impossible for Republicans to overcome in one case by more than 85 percentage points.
Our caucus has never been more unified. We have never had an agenda that we have been in control of," said state Rep. Joanna McClinton, the Philadelphia Democrat who could soon become House Speaker, referring to the GOPs long control of the chamber.
"We look forward to the privilege of leading and serving in every corner of this commonwealth, Ms. McClinton told supporters at a union hall in Wilkins.

Hey, she was all ready to vote. Mark Meadows voted in the wrong district and got away with it.

(32,645 posts)Governor Josh Shapiro D - elected after Gov. Tom Wolf D left office because he was term-limited.
Senator John Fetterman D - flipped the seat from Sen. Pat Toomey R, who left after 1 term.
The PA House flipped to D after 12 years, now that the 3 special elections are done.
The PA General Assembly (equivalent to the Senate) remains R, and that won't change anytime soon.
Yes it's a trifecta of sorts, and it happened because we finally were able to overturn the gerrymandered state district maps that heavily favored incumbent Repukes.
