(3,510 posts)would mean actually equating government funding being tied to how much tax revenue your state/Congressional district contributes. States and areas that receive more federal funding than they pay in need to see cuts to get them to wise up and start cooperating to get things done. You want to be a horse's ass? Fine, just don't take other people's money.
