20. I think you're right, Benedict Donald's lawyers screwed up,

they probably figured that just because he was appointed by Pres. Reagan, he would be on their side, but everything I've read about this man is that he's not swayed by politics, he's fair minded and I think that because of the national security issue, he'll make a determination much much sooner than the end of Nov.

IMO She is definitely guilty of obstruction. But from a legal position and an ability to indict, I don’t think that is possible. But impeaching her IS possible IF we get control of both the House and the senate. Impeachment is the only way to remove her from the office, and based on her apparent total inability to understand plain text law and her obvious bias toward an individual plaintiff - there are grounds.

I know the DOJ will file an expedited stay pending appeal with the appellate court. But I don’t have a whole lotta faith in that succeeding either given how that court is also stacked with conservative and Trump appointees

I don’t know this but I have to believe it has to be possible - Biden, as the head of the executive branch should be able to intercede and pull those 100+ documents out of this process. I’m sure he is not wanting to intercede, wanting to give the appearance of trust and believe in our judicial system. BUT it comes to a point where national security is more important than the appearance of independence and trust in what is obviously corrupt.

The DOJ has seen the documents, and they they are as damning as with the public are being led to believe, and then Biden really should act.
