Hillary Clinton slams Trump supporters 'claiming to be offended' by Biden staffer cursing

Former Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton on Thursday took to Twitter to push back against any Trump supporters “offended” by President-elect Joe Biden’s former campaign manager cursing when talking about GOP lawmakers in a recent interview.
Republicans had aim at incoming deputy chief of staff Jen O’Malley Dillon after she called GOP lawmakers “a bunch of f---ers” and said Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) is “terrible” in an interview published by Glamour Tuesday.
Clinton responded to the criticism in a tweet Thursday, writing, “People who stood by Donald Trump for the last four years are now claiming to be offended that a Democratic campaign manager used a curse word?”
Users who responded to Clinton’s tweet were quick to point out Trump’s past use of explicit language, especially in a 2005 “Access Hollywood” video clip which resurfaced weeks before the 2016 election in which he bragged about kissing and groping women without their consent.

And of course their continued support of the vile Trump no matter what vulgarity came out of his shriveled-up anus of a piehole also denies them the right to put on airs over curse words, especially when those words are spot-on accurate.

As I heard one liberal host say, thank gawd, its a relief, we now don't have to worry about tip toeing around using foul language. They've opened that up. So I guess ....thanks?
But no, you can't put the swear words back into the jar now. You fucking bloated turtle fucker.

(5,941 posts)Upon spotting a veteran political reporter in the crowd and pointing him out to his running mate, Dick Cheney, as the two stood at the podium waving to the assembled crowd, Bush said, “There’s Adam Clymer, major-league asshole from The New York Times.” Cheney, also unaware the microphones were turned on, agreed, saying, “Oh yeah, he is, big time.”
Not everyone in the crowd caught the exchange, but many did. It was also captured by dozens of video cameras, destroying any chance of anyone’s later denying the statements or attributing their wording to misquoting. What was said became a matter of public record.
President Bush was subsequently criticized both for the remark itself and for the way the fallout from it was handled. When his aides were questioned about the “asshole” comment, rather than offering the candidate’s apologies for what he had said, they instead defended the remark, attributing it to justifiable ire over particular items Clymer had written about Bush’s career as Governor of Texas. “There’s been a series of articles [by Clymer] that the governor has felt have been very unfair,” said Bush’s communications director, Karen Hughes.
Typical.

(CNN) -- Vice President Dick Cheney has said he didn't regret cursing at Sen. Patrick Leahy earlier this week, and said he felt better after the incident.
In an interview with Fox News on Friday, Cheney said he was "forcefully" expressing his unhappiness with the conduct of the Democratic senator from Vermont -- who Cheney said had publicly questioned his integrity, and then wanted to be friendly when he saw him in person.
Sources who related the incident to CNN said the vice president had told Leahy either "f--- off" or "go f--- yourself."
Cheney would not confirm using the word.
"That's not the kind of language I usually use," the vice president said in the interview during a campaign stop in Michigan.
When asked if he had cursed at Leahy, Cheney answered, "Probably."
"Do you have any regrets?," Neil Cavuto asked.
"No. I said it," the vice president responded.
I remember being more concerned that Cheney couldn't make up his mind about whether he said it or not.
