GOP gubernatorial candidate in Virginia calls on Trump to declare martial law

Source: The Hill

State Sen. Amanda Chase (R), a Republican candidate for governor in Virginia, called on President Trump to declare martial law to keep Joe Biden from being sworn in as the next president.

Writing in a Facebook post early in the morning on Tuesday, Chase said Biden is “not my president and never will be,” while linking to a New York Times story detailing how the Electoral College had certified Biden’s election victory.

She echoed Trump’s unsubstantiated claim that Biden had “cheated to win” and said she and many other Americans will “never accept these results.”

“Fair elections we can accept but cheating to win; never. It’s not over yet. So thankful President Trump has a backbone and refuses to concede. President Trump should declare martial law as recommended by General Flynn," Chase wrote.

The Virginia Republican Party seems to be unable to find remotely rational candidates for statewide office.

Seems a few people have not learned this basic leadership concept.

nor the professional men and women of the various Fed. agencies, would obey an obvious illegal order.

After the way Pissolini has so denigrated the men and women of the Armed Forces, the JCoS would have absolutely no reason, nor incentive, to follow him off the cliff.

Although I won't be able to take a full breath until Joe is sworn in.

I do believe though that all he needed was a few things to fall a little more in line.

Voter, and mail suppression makes the election even closer and it came down to one, at the most two, swing States.

If even a couple of the judges Trump appointed State wide would have put their MAGA hats on and ruled in his favour.

And when Democratic supporters went out on the streets, Fox news and RW media demonizes the "rioters" And if Trump had a top general or two, that were willing to support a martial law order to quell the "rioting". Promised new powers under a Trump dictatorship.

Probably several times a day, in fact.

Then you can resign your position. If you cannot operate within our governmental charter, i.e.: the Constitution, then you can step down. Because there is no way you can be an effective representative in any governmental body if you will not recognize a lawfully elected official. Especially the highest official in the country. I call on the Speaker of the Virginia House to watch her and make sure to remove her if she won't do her job due to her personal convictions of whom should and shouldn't be the president.
